AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unintended content. The Owner provides these AI features "as is" and makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, legality, or suitability of any generated content.
Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are provided solely as informational assistance and drafting suggestions intended to support professional decision-making and must not be relied upon without independent verification. The User is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any generated content before using it in communications, outreach, marketing activities, or other business operations.
The User further agrees to ensure that their use of the Service and any AI-generated communications complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing electronic communications and marketing, including, but not limited to:
- the CAN-SPAM Act
- the ePrivacy Directive
- the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
any other applicable anti-spam or electronic communications laws.
Users agree not to use AI-generated content produced by the Service to engage in unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading communications, to impersonate individuals or organizations, or to generate high-volume unsolicited communications that violate applicable laws.
Threadline shall not be responsible or liable for any communications sent by the User using the Service or for any actions taken by the User based on or in reliance on AI-generated outputs, nor for any consequences arising from such use.
