Artificial Intelligence and Generated Content
The Service may generate insights, recommendations, or suggested communications using artificial intelligence systems, including APIs provided by OpenAI.
AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unintended content. Threadline does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of any AI-generated output.
Users acknowledge that AI-generated insights and messaging suggestions are provided solely as assistive tools designed to support professional decision-making
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving any AI-generated output before using it in communications, outreach, marketing activities, or other business operations.
Threadline shall not be responsible for any decisions, actions, communications, or outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated outputs provided by the Service.
Data Sources for AI Processing
AI-generated outputs may rely on professional information, publicly available data, and contextual signals obtained from external sources.
Threadline does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such external information.
Acceptable Use of AI-Generated Content
Users agree not to use AI-generated content produced by the Service to:
- engage in unlawful, deceptive, or misleading communications
- violate applicable marketing, privacy, or anti-spam laws
- impersonate individuals or organizations
- harass, discriminate against, or harm individuals or organizations
generate fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading representations.
Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that all communications generated with the assistance of the Service comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
No Professional Advice
AI-generated insights and recommendations provided by the Service do not constitute legal, financial, business, or professional advice.
Users should exercise independent judgment when relying on any outputs generated by the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Threadline and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- loss of profits
- loss of business opportunities
- loss of data
- reputational harm
account restrictions or suspensions on third-party platforms.
Threadline's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, and in such cases these limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
